Honoring the class of 2018

Mark your calendar now for The Annual Enshrinement Ceremonies of the Kentucky Aviation Hall of Fame Saturday, October 27th, 2018 at 5 o'clock in the evening. The evening will begin with a reception at 5 p.m., with dinner at 6 p.m. The enshrinement program will follow dinner.

Brig. Gen. Jesse Auton

Air Force pilot Jesse Auton, who flew missions in two wars and rose to the rank of Brigadier General.


Lt. Cmdr David Render Berry

A Naval Aviator assigned to the USS Yorktown. He helped defend his ship in Battle of the Coral Sea for which he was awarded two Navy Crosses.


Lt. Col. Thomas W. Schmittou

Flying in the SR-71, he had more supersonic flying time than any other RSO/ Navigator in the U.S. Air Force when he retired in 1973


Lowell M. Wiley

With a lifelong love of aviation, Lowell flew both civil and military aircraft amassing more than 20,000 hours of flight time.

The cost of ticket are $120 for AMK members and $130 for guests. There is no program only tickets.

Reservations will be held at the door. Dinner seating will be assigned.
