When you have a successful business, with locations around the world, the ability to react to and respond to any of those locations quickly is a necessity. Alltech Inc. based in Nicholasville, Kentucky, is a company that understands that corporate aviation is the key to success in a global economy. With production facilities in the US and around the world, the benefits of using corporate aviation are clear: It allows for efficient, flexible, safe, secure, and cost-effective access to destinations across the country and around the world.

You don't always know in advance where or when opportunities will present themselves. In today's business environment, a company needs to be nimble enough to move quickly. Alltech's use of its aviation resources provides the flexibility necessary to ensure its employees can respond to changing demands and circumstances. Corporate Aviation is a tool, and it's a tool that is well used by Alltech. Currently, its fleet consists of two aircraft. The first, the Beechcraft King Air 350, it is one of the world's most popular business turboprop aircraft. When the need is to fly a bit farther or faster, they call upon their Gulfstream G-550. Except for Antarctica, Alltech's fleet of current and past aircraft, have traveled to every continent. In some years, that added up to more than 1,000 hours of flight time. To put that in perspective, Alltech's use of its G-550 has made it one the most highly utilized Part 91 operators of that aircraft in the world. While some may perceive the use of private aircraft in business as a luxury, that is not the case with Alltech. Its aircraft are tools, and they are used as tools to help promote the business. Alltech has grown to a multi-billion dollar company, and it takes to heart, the adage "time is money" and they see corporation aviation as the way to seek increased productivity and profitability, while providing healthier, happier work environments for their employees.
